Capas National Shrine - located inside Camp O' Donell in Capas, Tarlac, this is the final destination of the infamous Bataan Death March during World War II. The shrine has been developed in memorial to all Filipino and American
Bataan Death March survivors who were incarcerated
in the camp.
Capas Death March Monument - located on the left side of the McArthur Highway in Capas(if going to the northern provinces), this monument has an embossed replica portraying the Bataan Death March. San Sebastian Church - this is where the Revolutionary Congress took place during the Spanish era. The destroyed Tarlac Catholic convent once held the highest seat of learning in the Philippines. Camiling Church - this is where General Pedro Pedroche and his men died at the hands of General Francisco Makabulos for charges of rebellion. Maria Clara Museum - showcases the priceless mementos of Leonora Rivera, Philippine National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal's sweetheart. The picture above shows a framed picture of the hero made by Leonora Rivera.
